1. Grab up a picnic basket and some goodies and take her to your favorite beach or park to watch the sun go down together.

2. Make a reservation at the most romantic restaurant and treat her to a candlelit dinner. The romantic setting of the restaurant will draw her to you.

3. Take her salsa dancing. Salsa dancing is one of those dances that your partner has to hold you close. It will help you break her personal space much sooner that you would normally.

4. If she likes wine, take her to a wine tasting. Wine tasting is a lot of fun and can be quite romantic.

5. Don't do the same boring movie theater thing. Find out the kind of plays she enjoys, and take her to go and see one in town. Women feel that you are more romantic when they have to get dressed up to go out with you.

6. Take her out for a nighttime cruise in a boat. You don't have to own a boat to do this. It is better to rent one and have someone else do the driving or sailing. Be sure to pack some snacks and drinks to make your time on the water fun and romantic.

9. If she likes the outdoors, take her out for a hike, or a mountain bike ride if she is into mountain bikes. This is a unique idea, but is a date she will never forget.

10. Take her to a poetry reading, if that is what floats her boat.

The idea is to put a twist in your night out. Think outside the box -- be creative. Don't take her to the same kinds of places that other guys have taken her. Your first date with a woman is her first impression of how romantic and fun you can be. If you get it right the first time, it becomes much easier for her to want to hang out with you and get to know you better.
